we have at least 2 that are camping out there, 2 that are going home since they don't want to buy tents, and one of them their mom doesn't want to spend the crazy guyht. So total from the OKC group, 5. It's all on the website under airsoft dates. So if you want to camp or do a hotel thingy you won't be alone no matter what. But yeah, 2 are camping and 3 are too lazy to get a tent.

That would be great, but remember, I don't want more than 12 people if possible. And do you know if any adults will come? I need to know how many people will be there in case cops get called.

Ok, wait up a minute. I'm confused. You actually have a match planned? I only skimmed the surface of this topic and didnt see anything overly interesting, but a planned match? its good news and all, but we need a lot more time to plan than this. At least 2 weeks notice is required.

well here's your 2 weeks. from now to the 20th, which is 12 days. But first, you need to tell me what you want to do about the land, use the forest with a few clearings or what?

well, after a while of researching, we may- may- be able to get a land permit for free. If not, we may have to split the costs between the players.

Okay guys, I'm Tyler and I'm going to be hosting this upcoming match, meaning it is my responsibility to take care of all the stuff. 1: Contract; You must have a parent with you to sign the contract if you are under 18. 2: I will be in charge of everything and set the rules, but don't worry, I'm a fair guy. I need to know exactly how much people for AAA will be at the match positively and how much are maybe going to show up. You need atleast enough rations to last you 2 days, but please pack enough for atleast 3-4 just to be on the safe side. WATER AND AMMO TOO! I will be caring the medkit so don't worry. And by the way, don't worry about the land and getting in trouble. Tai overexadurated. Noone ever goes there and the city most likely does'nt even know that it is there. And when you see it, I guarantee that it will be the best airsoft field you have ever seen. If we do play on it, which I live right next to it, I see no reason not to, I will set the boundaries and rules. One main rule: don't yell, it is a neighborhood area. I can email the contract and you can print it if a parent cannot come. If you forget it, you cannot play. Please call sometime if you have any questions. (405)722-0371

let me clear this up for you guys, there is a swamp, to the east and south are forests, to the north is a backroad with a field across from it. On the west is a 8-foot wooden fence, which is the start of the residential area. The fence itself is overgrown with vines, so it is impossible to see over it.
And it's a storm drain. It's basically a basin, so if we set up camps on the sides, where it is a higher elevation, we should be alright, even if it rains (cept for tyler, I just called him and his plans are to put a blanket on two poles).
I'm gonna set up the contract on out website for you to download, so that would be alot easier than harrasment complaints.
Also, the storm drain/swamp thing is very, very safe (some of the other guys played in it before we set up the OKC division) and we can't get a permit for it, but, we can, however, get a release form from the state saying that we can use it as long as we don't 1) cause trouble in surrounding areas 2) harm the ecological things within it (ex, not shoving bbs down a animal's throat) and 3) don't cause any harm to the area itself.

Yeah, so I typed up a list of needed supplies so that will make you have to print a five page contract. Ill send it to Tai later and he can post that too to download.

And, we will surely have 3 people caming out from OKC and possibly 5, but altogether we will have 6 players so far, but maybe more. How much will AAA have surely and how much possible.

Just out of curiosity, what are you guys allergic to? Any medical info we need to know about? If there is we may need to get a medical release form too.
